Wanderlust Films Pty Ltd., established in 2024, is an Australian-based film distribution company formed from the strategic merger of AINS MovieHouse and Brisbane Entertainment. Initially focused solely on distributing Malayalam films, these predecessor companies have been prominent in the local Brisbane market since 2015. With the formation of Wanderlust Films, our scope has broadened significantly to encompass the distribution of a diverse array of Indian cinema across the international stage.
Our journey began with a strong local focus, but by early 2020, we expanded our reach beyond Australian shores to the Asia Pacific and Africa. This strategic expansion was driven by our commitment to sharing India’s rich cinematic narratives and introducing international audiences to the vibrant cultures and languages of India.
